A Cake For All Seasons

Jackson Cake Company is very proud of our ingredient list. A great deal of time is spent seeking out wonderful products from around the World to use in our bakeshop. King Arthur Flour, fruit purees directly from California orchards, marmalades from Switzerland, and the freshest eggs and butter available are a few products that join us in our bakery.

Following the precise European techniques that have made Parisian and Viennese patisseries legendary, our confections are hand crafted with respect for our ingredients and our customers alike.

Below, we have included a list of cake combinations for each month. We have created these wonderful combinations to introduce you to our modern interpretation of European Classical desserts, while showcasing the season's bounty. Please join us as for a year of cake. January Toasted Hazelnut Butter cake filled with Apricot Marmalade and Bittersweet Chocolate Ganache. Frosted with a Praline Buttercream
February Walnut Buttermilk cake filled with Brandied Plums and frosted with Vanilla Bean Buttercream
March Coconut cake filled with Chocolate Ganache and Raspberry Marmalade. Frosted with Coconut Buttercream
April Six Lemon Citrus cupcakes covered Lemon Buttercream and Strawberry Preserves
May Almond cake filled with White-Chocolate Bavarian and Fresh Peaches. Frosted with White-Chocolate Buttercream

Gingerbread for Humanity

The Habitat for Humanity program is very important to us and we would like to contribute in a rather unique way. As we are always baking in the bake shop we never seem to be able to volunteer in the summer building months as we would like to.

Instead we would like to offer our clients "Gingerbread for Humanity".

We will replicate our client's home, or any requested structure as a gingerbread house and give 20% of our proceeds back to the habitat for Humanity Organization.
