We live in a stunningly beautiful part of the country, and just outside our window lay two of the most important sources of Pastry Chef Monica Seip's inspiration: the bakery's gardens, and the snowy granite peaks of the Tetons - both a different expression of what nature can provide. These two elements are crucial to understanding our philosophy.

We believe in authenticity and quality above all else. JCC maintains that taste is the top priority, and we won't sacrifice that to achieve sensationalist architectural feats.

All our offerings are baked to order, from scratch and never frozen, reinterpreting European traditions in pastry through a contemporary philosophy always with an emphasis on creating a product that is as delectable as it is beautiful.
